I don't consider myself a fussy person (though I'm sure my wife would thoroughly disagree with that statement), but I decided to post this "Copyright and Disclaimer" page for two reasons: Firstly, I'm fed up with people using my photographs and texts without giving me credit and, more importantly, I don't want anyone to suffer any harm from erroneous information unintentionally posted on this Web site.
